Refund policy

The right of withdrawal means that the buyer can return the item to Banana for Scale AS without reason even if there is no defect in it and even if it has not been delivered.

The buyer must notify Banana for Scale AS of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the goods, the prescribed information on the right of withdrawal and the right of withdrawal form have been received. If the buyer receives the cancellation form and the necessary information at a later time than when the goods are delivered, the cancellation period begins to run from the day the buyer receives the cancellation right form and the information.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be asserted, the product must be delivered to Banana for Scale AS in the same quantity and condition as the buyer received it. The product is sent back to Banana for Scale AS including the original packaging together with a completed right of withdrawal form.

When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned as quickly as possible, within a reasonable time. Banana for Scale AS is obliged to refund the entire purchase price to the buyer within 14 days from the day we receive the item. The buyer pays the shipping costs themselves on return.
Dispute

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you can bring the matter before the Consumer Council near where you live. All disputes must be resolved according to Norwegian law. If the case is brought before the courts, it must be decided in your (the buyer's) jurisdiction, which normally means close to where you live.
